Responsibilities
Assemble, configure, and pilot FPV drones and prototypes; calibrate RC transmitters, receivers, and video links; test ground control software for autonomous systems; define and enhance test procedures, checklists, and documentation; build and maintain test setups and devices; report results and suggest improvements directly to the R&D team.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on FPV drone experience including building, flying, tuning, and repairing; proficiency with Betaflight or similar flight control software; good understanding of flight behavior and practical debugging; structured and reliable work approach; ability to provide clear, honest feedback; full-time availability onsite; EU citizenship or eligibility for EU security clearance; Driver's License Class B. Desired but not required: basic coding/scripting skills and experience in defense/security drone environments.
