Responsibilities
Manage operational finance processes covering corporate finance, cost controlling, budgeting, treasury, accounting, and internal controls. Own day-to-day financial operations, drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Prepare financial reports and management presentations for leadership. Utilize financial systems to ensure data quality and support data-driven decisions. Support financial governance, compliance, and audit processes. Collaborate cross-functionally across global teams to provide insights and identify risks/opportunities. Develop financial operations with a global mindset.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Management, Accounting, or related field. Additional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are a plus. Significant experience in controlling and financial planning, especially within Chinese companies. Fluent in English and Chinese, additional languages beneficial. Willingness to accept global relocations. Excellent communication, adaptability, and a strong team player with innovative mindset and process optimization skills.
