Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, economics, aerospace, physics, management or related field; Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; High degree of ownership and self-motivation; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or venture capital preferred. German language skills are a plus but not explicitly required.
