Responsibilities

Support full employee lifecycle including recruiting and onboarding; manage HR tooling and employee records; coordinate with external providers on contract and compliance; organize team events; manage spend and expenses; build and maintain financial models and reports; prepare internal communications materials and meeting slide decks; contribute to strategic and cross-functional projects including process improvements and research; prepare analyses and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Near completion of or recent degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, Finance, or related field; available for a full-time paid 6-month internship with possibility to transition into working student or full-time role; valid German work permit; based in or willing to relocate to Munich; proficiency or eagerness to learn tools such as Canva, Excel/Google Sheets (including advanced functions), Make.com, Notion, Google Slides; excellent written and verbal English; strong organizational skills; proactive and ownership-driven mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; experience with startup or remote-first environments is a plus.
