Responsibilities
Own end-to-end AI deployment processes from customer discovery through production, including workflow decomposition, agent configuration, prompt engineering, integration with customer systems via APIs, testing, optimization, and client communication. Collaborate with internal teams to identify platform improvements based on customer insights and provide technical guidance to customers on automation strategies.
Qualifications
2-3 years in client-facing technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or similar. Proven project management and communication skills capable of liaising with technical and executive stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering with production or near-production systems. Strong knowledge of APIs and integration coordination. Analytical skills to break down complex business workflows for automation design. Experience in AI/ML or startup environments is a plus.
