Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of technical solutions from problem framing to production rollout inside customer environments; ship production-quality software including new features, standalone applications, and custom integrations; work embedded with customer engineering and domain teams to understand constraints and resolve complex issues; bridge gaps between company platform and customer needs by building custom solutions and feeding requirements back to product and engineering teams; establish deployment patterns and internal playbooks as a founding team member; travel regularly (25-40%) across Germany and EMEA to customer sites.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production code; proficiency in full-stack development including backend, API, and frontend; experience in customer-facing technical roles such as forward-deployed engineering or technical consulting; ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations; strong English communication skills; preferred experience includes autonomy, robotics, simulation, automotive software (ROS, C++, Python), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and knowledge of automotive certification processes.
