Responsibilities
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across multiple legal entities; supervise daily accounting activities; manage group consolidation including intercompany reconciliations; coordinate VAT and tax compliance; maintain financial systems and controls; drive automation and AI implementation to improve finance operations; collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in accounting, audit, or financial controlling; strong technical accounting knowledge including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow; experience with multi-entity financial close and consolidation; knowledge of financial controls and audit requirements; proficiency with ERP systems and Excel; excellent English communication; hands-on and ownership mindset; interest in AI and automation; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred; experience with NetSuite and international VAT compliance beneficial.
