Responsibilities
Support daily operations of the Billing & Payments Finance team to ensure smooth and accurate workflows. Process incoming invoices accurately, assist with payment reconciliations and journal entries, and manage accounts receivable and payable tasks. Collaborate with the team to track and resolve outstanding financial items.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with DATEV and/or QuickBooks is a strong plus.
