Responsibilities
Manage daily AR/AP operations, maintain accurate inter-company transaction records, handle month/year end processes and account reconciliations. Coordinate with internal and external audit, tax authorities, and relevant agencies. Develop policies and procedures aligned with operational needs. Assist in preparing quarterly and annual tax declarations. Oversee fixed asset tracking, reconciliation, depreciation approval, and disposal accounting. Support physical inventory counts for fixed assets annually. Manage cost efficiency across bank operations, track project implementations, approve budget allocations, and communicate with budget owners regarding unplanned expenses.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Financial Engineering; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in AR/AP or similar accounting roles and 2 years leadership experience in finance. Proficient in Vietnamese accounting standards and relevant tax laws. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and good command of English.
