Responsibilities
Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Pharma Operations and HR functions; deliver monthly performance analyses and management presentations; analyze financial performance and operational KPIs to identify opportunities and drive business impact; continuously improve forecasting accuracy and planning processes; act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders; challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations; develop business cases for investments and transformation initiatives; perform scenario modeling and financial impact assessments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; 4-6 years experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or Financial Analysis; strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and financial modeling; advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical tools such as Power Query or Power Pivot; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; data-driven mindset with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights; proactive and technology-savvy approach with interest in automation and AI-driven solutions.
