Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for new installations and commissioning of loading equipment; perform service, repair, and maintenance of loading systems; train and instruct customers on operation and maintenance; troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions with customers; document all activities; engage in projects to improve technical service processes; ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; work both in Germany and internationally.
Qualifications
Completed education in mechatronics, electrics, or mechanics, ideally with further qualifications such as technician or master craftsman; experience in mechanical or plant engineering; strong knowledge in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical engineering, and control technology (advantage); fluent spoken and written English, additional foreign languages are a plus; excellent PC skills including MS Office; able to work at heights; driving license class B; willingness to travel internationally up to 80-90% of the time.
