Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate events such as trade shows, conferences, and partner activations globally. Manage orders, track deliverables, and coordinate with suppliers. Serve as a friendly contact for vendors and venues. Identify new event opportunities and contribute creative ideas for booth engagement and lead generation. Occasionally travel to support event execution onsite. Assist with internal company events and webinars, and support marketing and content operations including campaigns and asset management.
Qualifications
Fluent English and enthusiasm for marketing in a space/environment/infrastructure context. Strong communication and organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to manage fast-paced and multi-time-zone work. Previous experience in events, field marketing, or marketing operations is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Notion or HubSpot is desirable. Knowledge of German or another language is a plus. Interest in B2B, technology, and sustainability valued.
