Responsibilities
Supervise boarding students during weekend duties including overnight shifts; plan and lead activities and local excursions; support orientation for new boarders; ensure student safety, wellbeing and behaviour while on duty; collaborate with live-in boarding mentors and Head of Boarding to monitor student progress and welfare; maintain accurate records and reports using digital tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work, education, pedagogy, psychology, or youth work; 6-12 months experience working with adolescents in residential, boarding, or youth care settings; fluent English (C1), German helpful but not mandatory; valid manual driving license (category B or equivalent); availability to work fixed Saturday and Sunday shifts including overnight duties; strong empathy, reliability, boundary-setting skills, commitment to student wellbeing, inclusion, and anti-racism values.
