Responsibilities

- Support execution and central steering of a major corporate transformation strategy across all company areas. - Provide hands-on project support including analysis, project management, and preparation of steering materials. - Collaborate with senior business and project leaders across international teams. - Take ownership of project (sub-)workstreams and drive their delivery. - Identify risks early, flag deviations, and help steer initiatives back on track. - Occasionally travel internationally as required.

Qualifications

- University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. - At least 2 years of relevant professional experience; experience in consulting, banking, or similar fast-paced environments is a strong advantage. - Strong project management skills with the ability to stay structured in complex, fast-paced settings. - Excellent communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis including financial modeling and business case interpretation. - Fluent English required; German is a plus. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is beneficial. - Collaborative team player with a passion for cross-functional and international projects and a results-oriented mindset.
