Responsibilities

Project manage trade shows, events, and sponsorships aligning with business goals and marketing strategy. Lead logistics coordination including planning meetings, timelines, vendor management, shipping, booth setup, registration, accommodation bookings, promotional item production, scheduling, staffing, communication, and budgeting. Develop pre-event training and support event execution onsite. Manage branded apparel and promotional inventory, ensuring brand consistency and timely fulfillment. Collaborate on event calendars and promotional activities. Provide vendor oversight including quotes, pricing, quality, timelines, and reports.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of marketing events experience with strong project management and organizational skills across trade shows and virtual events in Europe. Undergraduate degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Marketo. Ability to multitask, work independently, manage deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Experience working with diverse teams and marketing communications is preferred.
