Responsibilities
Lead finance-related ERP setup and configuration within Odoo; configure accounting environment ensuring compliance; set up and validate accounts, rules, and structures; execute and validate clean financial data extraction and migration from DATEV into Odoo; design and implement dual accounting structures (HGB, IFRS, US GAAP); test and validate financial transactions and reporting accuracy pre go-live; support ERP go-live activities from finance perspective; provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Several years experience implementing finance ERP systems including go-live support; hands-on experience with Odoo ERP preferred; deep knowledge of core accounting and financial reporting processes; proven experience supporting ERP go-live projects; familiarity with HGB and IFRS / US GAAP accounting standards; excellent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus but not required.
