Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative rules-based equity index methodologies. Translate emerging trends such as AI Infrastructure, Electrification, and Quantum Computing into investable index strategies. Develop historical performance simulations (back-testing) for investment strategies. Conduct thematic market research to identify trends and opportunities. Support clients and internal stakeholders with technical and professional expertise in equity strategies. Draft index guidelines and supporting documents. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in index development.
Qualifications
Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields. For Analysts, relevant internships or initial experience in financial markets such as asset management, investment banking, consulting, or FinTech. For Associates, at least 2 years of experience in indexing or related fields like portfolio management or structuring. Strong interest in equity investment products. Proven programming skills in Python. Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Confident and team-oriented with intercultural competence and excellent communication skills in English.
