Responsibilities
Ensure product compliance with material and environmental legislation; assess, implement, and maintain compliance with regulations including REACH, RoHS, PPWR, WEEE and Battery Regulation; monitor legislative changes and drive implementation; manage supplier declarations and compliance documentation; conduct product lifecycle compliance assessments; maintain compliance databases and prepare documentation and reports; support customer inquiries, audits, and regulatory authority requests; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements; plan and deliver internal training to raise regulatory awareness.
Qualifications
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline; experience in Material Compliance, Product Compliance or Regulatory Affairs in industrial or manufacturing environment; strong knowledge of environmental regulations including REACH, RoHS, PPWR, WEEE and Battery Regulation; experience with material data, technical documentation and supplier declarations; excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills; good English language proficiency; proactive with ability to stay updated with regulatory changes.
