Responsibilities
Work directly with CEO and CFO on strategic and operational initiatives. Identify growth opportunities and launch new markets in B2B/B2B2C sectors. Conduct offline sales activities including direct outreach and relationship building. Implement outbound and go-to-market automation using AI-driven prospecting and data enrichment. Develop no-code dashboards and account-health tracking systems for real-time client and prospect visibility. Analyze data to provide prioritized accounts and systemic insights that aid decision-making. Engage in day-to-day decision-making impacting company growth and sales tracking.
Qualifications
Top academic performer in Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills. Builder mindset with experience or enthusiasm for no-code solutions and automation tools such as Claude, Lovable, n8n, Notion, and Clay. High ownership and execution focus; proactive and autonomous working style. Strong interest in AI, productivity tools, and leveraging operational efficiencies. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus but not required. Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
