Responsibilities
Lead and manage an engineering team comprising senior and staff-level engineers across frontend, mobile, and backend domains; ensure high-quality delivery and technical excellence of core user-facing Wallet products including login, onboarding, transactions, security flows, and UI/UX components; plan milestones and track progress for delivery predictability; manage workload and adjust scope or resources as needed; collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to define roadmap, clarify requirements, and balance speed with quality; provide technical leadership through reviewing RFCs, system designs, and architecture trade-offs; foster a culture of ownership, trust, autonomy, and accountability within the team.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager; strong understanding of TypeScript; experience leading engineering teams focused on user-facing product development across frontend, mobile, and backend environments; strong technical judgment in system design, architecture review, and trade-offs; ability to collaborate effectively with Product and QA teams; desirable qualifications include full-stack engineering background, proficiency in React, React Native, or NestJS, experience with Web3 or fintech domains, and familiarity with authentication, access management, or transaction-based user flows.
