Qualifications
15+ years in software engineering with 7+ years managing large engineering organizations. Experience in technical strategy for AdTech, MarTech, Loyalty, Pricing, and Customer Data ecosystems. Strong architectural and system design skills. Proven ability to lead complex organizations, work across boundaries, and manage change. Familiarity with AI and automation tools enhancing engineering productivity. Excellent communication, judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
