Responsibilities
Define and lead engineering strategy for Acquisition & Retention systems in line with business goals; drive simplification, scalability, and engineering maturity across loyalty, pricing, customer communications, and growth systems; integrate AI and automation to boost productivity and quality; ensure architectural integrity and technical sustainability; manage budgets and enforce security and compliance standards; partner with product, design, analytics, and business teams; lead and develop engineering talent; promote a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
15+ years software engineering experience with at least 7 years managing large engineering teams including managers and architects; proven ability in defining and delivering technical strategy in AdTech, MarTech, loyalty, pricing, and customer data ecosystems; strong skills in architectural judgment and building scalable, reliable systems; experience with AI and automation technologies to enhance engineering productivity; excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills; demonstrated capacity to lead through ambiguity and organizational complexity; strong collaboration with product and business stakeholders.
