Responsibilities
Lead validation of PCBA and electromechanical assemblies including defining test protocols and implementing standards. Design and develop test systems from concept to deployment. Manage measurement data and contribute to global test data management solutions. Support quality assurance by enabling standard testing procedures for series production. Document technical work and manage project timelines in line with company goals.
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent. Minimum 3 years professional experience in engineering and product development. Proficient in electronic debugging, laboratory measurements, and signal analysis. Experience with software development and scripting for testing electronics. Knowledge of embedded software (C, C++), version control, UNIX shell, network stack, automated industrial production, GUI development tools (LabVIEW/TestStand), signal integrity, EMC methods, and management tools like Jira is a plus.
