Responsibilities
Plan and implement the daily routine and childcare activities for the group. Expose children to multiple cultures and languages according to a bilingual concept ('One person, one language'). Maintain regular communication with parents and build positive relationships. Employ a co-construction approach and facilitate free play. Organize projects and educational activities. Manage acclimatization phases for new children. Participate actively in both group and larger team meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, Primary Education, or Early Years Care. Proven experience working with children preferred. Excellent English proficiency (Level C1/C2) is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Open-minded, creative, motivated, and positive attitude toward daily nursery/daycare routines.
