Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies targeting market share and profitability. Manage product assortment and category strategy to optimize mix and pricing. Oversee Amazon FBA/FBM and third-party logistics operations to ensure efficient fulfillment. Lead performance marketing efforts across multiple digital channels, focusing on ROI and campaign effectiveness. Drive SEO, content, and conversion optimization to improve product visibility and sales. Build and maintain analytics dashboards for monitoring financial and operational KPIs. Lead and mentor a team of specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Manage external partnerships including platform account managers and beta program participation. Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, production, design, and legal teams.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or Amazon ecosystem roles. Proven track record in P&L or revenue management. Experience in performance marketing including PPC and ROAS optimization. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools and forecasting models. Leadership experience with team management capabilities preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and structured thinking. Fluency in English; German language skills not required.
