Responsibilities
Engage directly with key enterprise customers at the C-suite level to drive platform adoption and transformation initiatives; define customer use cases and align them with strategic platform solutions; identify risks and ensure resolution pathways to prevent churn; coordinate post-sale deployment and adoption through collaboration with internal and partner teams; advise field leadership on account prioritization and pipeline management; maintain close engagement on high-momentum accounts to sustain deal velocity; collect and surface insights for product roadmap and competitive positioning; collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate resources into customer engagements; contribute to development of pricing and packaging strategies, including outcome-based models; support post-acquisition go-to-market integrations.
Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software with roles spanning sales, customer success, product strategy, or business development; proven ability to operate credibly at the C-suite level around digital transformation and platform-led growth; deep expertise in AI, automation, and platform business models; demonstrated success navigating complex, matrixed organizations; strong judgment in escalation and coaching; adaptable between strategic and operational responsibilities; experience working across post-sale, product, and go-to-market functions; ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
