Responsibilities
Define and lead execution of pricing strategy across 15+ APAC and European markets covering multiple brands; drive innovative pricing initiatives including AI and automation integration; identify and scale pricing opportunities balancing profitability and competitive price perception; build and align pricing experimentation roadmap across teams; oversee user-facing product features related to pricing; manage P&L targets for customer fees totaling hundreds of millions of Euros; lead and develop a team of around 10 pricing managers and analysts ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in pricing, analytics, consultancy, or related fields; bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or related quantitative discipline; strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL and Python or R; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to work autonomously and in complex matrix organizations.
