Responsibilities
Lead and develop global operations across multiple regions including North America. Define and implement end-to-end operational strategies aligned with corporate goals. Manage global operations budgets ensuring financial sustainability. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Define and track KPIs for performance transparency. Lead digitalization and innovation initiatives in manufacturing and supply chain. Own and optimize a specialized global supply chain with strategic focus on flexibility and resilience. Manage procurement and supplier relationships ensuring cost efficiency and long-term partnerships. Oversee production sites to meet quality, cost, safety, and delivery targets while ensuring compliance with regulations. Lead continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and mentor operational talent. Support change management for organizational growth and transformation.
Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Over 10 years leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial engineering with KPI-driven operational leadership. Proven financial acumen including budgeting and P&L responsibility. Expertise in lean manufacturing, value stream management, and operational excellence methodologies. Experience with digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and complex operations across different process maturity levels. Experience in both family-owned and multinational corporations is beneficial. High emotional intelligence and capability to lead change in sensitive organizational contexts.
