Drive strategic product management initiatives to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Define product specifications and roadmaps; create value propositions and sales narratives. Implement innovative concepts and business models to strengthen market position. Conduct competitor analysis, market intelligence, and monitor market share development.
Qualifications
University degree in agriculture, economics, marketing, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience. Proven leadership experience managing global teams within matrix organizations. Strong background in change management and adapting to fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Ability to take initiative and deliver results beyond the standard scope. Willingness to travel internationally. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
