Responsibilities
Support establishment and operation of standardized IT/digital project governance processes. Maintain portfolio reporting and dashboards. Prepare project status updates and management reports. Facilitate agile delivery by coordinating teams, tracking dependencies, and promoting continuous improvement. Act as liaison between business and IT stakeholders, communicating project status and risks. Facilitate workshops fostering collaboration and support change management. Advocate digital-first, AI-enabled working methods and encourage organizational digital adoption.
Qualifications
2-4 years experience in PMO, digital delivery, IT coordination, or program support. Solid understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and agile principles. Experience working cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders. Strong organizational and communication skills, fluent in English; German language skills are a plus. Technical proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Microsoft 365 suite, project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), data visualization tools (Power BI), and AI productivity tools (MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
