Responsibilities

Define and maintain the self-service product vision aligned with business priorities; identify opportunities to digitalize service journeys; build and manage a value-driven product roadmap; develop business cases and KPIs; monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement; lead agile development cycles; translate business needs into product requirements; ensure integration with enterprise platforms; act as key interface between service teams and digital functions; support deployment, communication, and adoption of solutions; lead rollout of new functionalities and train teams; contribute to service transformation initiatives; design seamless omnichannel self-service journeys; capture user feedback and leverage data insights to refine strategy.

Qualifications

5 to 10+ years of experience in digital product management, service digitalization, or customer platform leadership; strong experience in B2B service environments or industrial/service operations; proven track record delivering customer-facing digital solutions; strong business and service process understanding; experience with agile product management and stakeholder leadership; data-driven mindset; exposure to AI, automation, or connected services is a plus; ability to operate in an international matrix organization; Master’s degree in business, engineering, digital, or related field; proficiency in English at C1 level is required; German and/or French is a plus; willingness to travel approx. 25% of the time; office-based position.
