Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance awareness and market presence; lead digital marketing initiatives including media planning, social content, PR, and social media management targeting consumer impact and commercial success; collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure brand consistency; conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities; monitor and analyze KPIs to measure branding effectiveness and guide data-driven decisions; stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain product innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; 6-8 years experience in brand management, digital marketing, or related roles; strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools such as Naver & Coupang CPC Ads, Google Analytics, Instagram Business Suite, and Kakao Talk Analytics; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; creative strategic thinker with operational capabilities; proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); ability to work well in team settings and manage multiple tasks under deadlines; fluent in English (speaking and writing); proficiency in Korean is highly desirable; strong strategic thinking and execution skills focused on simplicity, scalability, and repeatability.
