Responsibilities
Own the reliable daily operation of AI platform infrastructure services. Drive automation of operational workflows using modern tools and AI. Support migration of applications from Nomad to Kubernetes. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve Kubernetes environments. Manage core technologies including Qdrant, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, and others. Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability. Enable development teams to deliver production-grade Kubernetes-ready AI services. Improve system reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across the AI landscape.
Qualifications
Pragmatic problem-solver with strong focus on reliability, quality, security, ownership, and continuous improvement. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments. Experience operating databases and cloud-native services. Familiar with monitoring and observability tools. Strong automation mindset and commitment to zero-downtime approach. Curious and motivated to understand operational behavior of modern AI technologies. Fluent English communication skills.
