Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on a major European cloud provider. Collaborate with product teams to accelerate and secure product delivery. Enhance developer experience by improving tooling, automation, and performance metrics. Ensure high availability and robust monitoring of services. Participate in on-call rotations and prepare for incident response through tests and drills.

Qualifications

Experience deploying and monitoring web applications, ideally with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL. Proficient with Linux, shell scripting, and command line. Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform). Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. Strong interest in enhancing developer experience. Collaborative, clear, and empathetic communicator. Background in software engineering. Located in Berlin.
