Responsibilities
Support the development and continuous enhancement of Cyber & Information Security and ICT Risk strategies, policies, and oversight frameworks. Ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. Provide independent second line monitoring and reviews of security processes and controls. Oversee incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts. Act as subject matter expert and interface with risk management frameworks. Advise and challenge stakeholders on security and ICT risk matters, including third-party risk and new technologies. Contribute to testing, assurance, and continuous improvement of the risk framework.
Qualifications
Experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, ICT Risk, Technology Risk, IT Governance, or related risk and control functions, preferably in regulated financial services. Knowledge of information security and ICT risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements. Skills in risk assessments, control reviews, incident oversight, third-party risk, business continuity, and disaster recovery are advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus. Proven ability to work independently, pragmatically, and with integrity in a complex environment.
