Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate collaboration across embedded, cloud, and mobile software teams. Implement and enforce standardized agile processes and shared ecosystem practices. Provide transparent reporting on delivery progress and risks to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Manage delivery timelines and align outcomes with strategic objectives. Foster a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning, and high team performance. Collaborate with product teams for strategic alignment and drive continuous improvements through agile practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with at least 7 years' experience in delivery management, agile project management, or software engineering. Strong communication skills with ability to report and present to varied stakeholders. Proven leadership skills, including managing without direct authority and sharing decision-making responsibilities. Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, lean principles, modern software engineering practices, continuous delivery, Theory of Constraints, and product operating models. Agile Project Management certification and software ecosystem experience preferred. Willingness to travel 5-10%.
