Responsibilities
Collaborate within the Data Science team to optimize machine learning-based products; develop advanced AI solutions such as reinforcement learning and large language models; identify and solve complex problems; deliver measurable business value; experiment with new technologies; and communicate technical concepts across stakeholders including developers, product management, and business owners.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of data science experience, preferably in startups or fintech; proficiency in Python and data processing libraries (Pandas, Numpy); experience with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI; knowledge of relational databases MySQL or PostgreSQL; proven success in applying machine learning to solve business problems; familiarity with agile software development practices (TDD/BDD, CI, code reviews); excellent English skills; willingness to engage deeply with data. Preferred qualifications include degrees in Data Science or related fields; experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, scikit-learn, transformers; hands-on experience deploying and fine-tuning large language models; experience with reinforcement learning; and cloud infrastructure knowledge, especially AWS.
