Responsibilities
Improve webshop and app product recommendations by analyzing customer behavior and product data. Develop and refine recommendation models using machine learning techniques. Partner with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to implement and continuously improve models. Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate impact, define metrics, and interpret results. Manage full project lifecycle from data exploration to production, monitoring, and iterative enhancement.
Qualifications
Experience in machine learning model development including data preparation, feature engineering, modeling, and evaluation. Strong coding skills in Python and SQL with version control using Git. Knowledge of production model development, reproducible training, and data pipelines. Expertise in experimental design and A/B testing. Solid understanding of recommendation systems and related machine learning methods. Ability to work iteratively in cross-functional teams translating business goals into technical solutions.
