Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of data science services from concept to production. Integrate deeply with the marketing team to become an expert in leveraging data science for value creation. Influence marketing budget allocation and multi-channel strategy through your insights. Maintain reliable, high-performance deployed services and actively contribute to elevating engineering standards within the data community.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of data science methodologies with strong foundations in statistical modeling including causal inference, regression, and hypothesis testing. Experience in performance marketing, spend optimization, and attribution. Excellent Python and SQL skills. Proactive mindset with ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions. Familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Kafka, Kubernetes, Datadog, and cloud production experience (ideally GCP). Fluent English (C1) and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
