Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions addressing commercial challenges like pricing, demand, and revenue optimization. Manage model lifecycle including performance monitoring, accuracy improvements, explainability, and business impact quantification. Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and subject experts to deliver production-grade data products. Identify and implement emerging techniques such as Generative AI to create business value.
Qualifications
University degree (preferably Master's) in Economics, Computer Science, or STEM-related field. 4–5 years professional experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer. Proficiency in Python, SQL, core data science libraries, Databricks or similar platforms, and BI tools. Experience with MLOps, experiment tracking (MLflow), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights. Bonus skills include Kubernetes, Docker, API integration, stream processing, version control, and end-to-end AI application development.
