Responsibilities
Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and data architectures. Build cloud-native data solutions using Azure, Databricks (Unity Catalog & Delta Lake), and other big data technologies. Develop and maintain DBT models while understanding various data domains such as finance, e-commerce, pharma, and supply chain. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and analysts to deliver data-driven solutions. Apply CI/CD practices to continuously improve performance, scalability, and security. Foster a strong data culture through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data engineering and data management. Hands-on experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines ensuring high data quality. Strong expertise in DBT and SQL for data modeling and analysis. Solid experience with Databricks including Spark and Unity Catalog. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java). Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus. Understanding of business domains, preferably e-commerce. Motivated to continuously improve cloud-native and distributed systems in an innovative environment.
