Responsibilities
Develop deep expertise in the process data analytics platform to provide functional support to customers. Collaborate with process experts to implement data analytics use cases and deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions. Customize analytics solutions using Python scripting based on customer requirements. Act as customer advocate to inform product development. Engage regularly with customers, primarily remotely, with up to 25% travel to customer sites.
Qualifications
Master's degree in relevant engineering disciplines such as Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Biotechnology, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in process industry analytics and proficiency in Python for data analytics and scripting. Professional fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as French, German, Dutch, or Spanish are desirable. Strong communication skills and proactive, independent working style.
