Responsibilities
Apply and maintain organizational security controls and policies; communicate security risks to stakeholders; perform risk assessments for information systems; suggest mitigation solutions; define secure system configurations; support investigation of cyber attacks and breaches; lead a team of 3-4 cybersecurity personnel; coordinate security audits and inspections; supervise monitoring and evaluation of security systems; plan and implement cyber security services across organizational elements; deputize for higher grade staff as needed; perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in Windows Server security hardening; at least 3 years with Trellix security software; 2 years in security architecture, network security engineering, and risk management; detailed knowledge of IPv4, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection, wireless LAN technologies, and security incident handling; familiarity with NATO security policies; CISM or CISSP certification required; bachelor's degree in related discipline with 2 years post-related experience or 6 years progressive expertise; excellent English skills (CEFR B2-C1); valid national or NATO Top Secret security clearance; ITIL foundation certification and multiple security certifications such as CGRC/CAP, CASP+, PenTest+, or equivalent beneficial.
