Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support to customers during development and validation phases. Serve as liaison between customer integration teams and internal engineering. Troubleshoot and independently resolve technical issues related to AI vehicle technology. Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams. Acquire deep understanding of customer vehicle systems and APIs to guide internal development. Maintain a system-level view to identify root causes, distinguishing between vehicle-specific and software-related problems.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven experience leading investigations into platform or vehicle issues in collaboration with customers and internal teams. Extensive hands-on experience with development vehicles. Proficiency with diagnostic and calibration tools such as CANape. Familiarity with terminal use and a willingness to develop programming skills. Solid understanding of vehicle communication protocols including CAN and Ethernet and automotive system architectures. Practical automotive environment experience with a history of bringing products to production. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
