Responsibilities
Design and facilitate a learning journey centered on youth participation and listening for sport-for-good projects. Develop practical tools, case studies, and peer exchange formats to support organizations with varying experience levels. Create and implement a Training of Trainers approach to enable independent delivery and scaling. Collaborate with global partners to strengthen youth engagement methodologies and promote safeguarding and accountability frameworks.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in youth participation, facilitation, and designing learning experiences, especially within sport or social impact sectors. Experience developing scalable training programs such as Training of Trainers. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to create practical, experience-based learning tools and facilitate peer exchange. Commitment to safeguarding, accountability, and meaningful youth engagement principles. Relevant consultancy or nonprofit sector experience preferred.
