Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to community interactions daily on Discord; Translate community feedback into structured reports for the product team identifying real issues versus user errors; Communicate product updates and roadmaps to the community; Host live coaching sessions on TikTok and Discord; Maintain community safety through guidelines, FAQs, and conflict de-escalation; Organize community events like giveaways and challenges; Track community health metrics including activity, sentiment, and top discussion topics; Identify and nurture power users as community ambassadors.
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience managing an online community, preferably on Discord; Fluent English communication skills both written and spoken, with confidence going live in front of an audience; Technical curiosity sufficient to reproduce and understand user issues; Reliable daily availability with flexibility to engage during peak community hours; Calm demeanor for de-escalating heated discussions; Familiarity with streaming and TikTok LIVE creator culture; Ideally located in Germany, Austria, or within a two-hour time zone difference; Experience hosting streams or managing Discord setups is a plus; German language skills are a bonus but not required.
