Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, washing and peeling; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients; prepare and cook food as per recipes and standards; operate kitchen appliances (ovens, grills, fryers etc.); monitor food quality; set up and break down workstations; serve food in proper portions; wash and disinfect kitchen areas and equipment; check temperature of appliances and food; follow safety and company policies; report issues; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; support team goals and respond appropriately to colleagues; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and extended periods of standing or walking; perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; at least 1 year of related work experience preferred; no supervisory experience required; no licenses or certifications required.
