Responsibilities
Lead price negotiations; manage contracts, SLAs, and framework agreements; select and manage parcel carriers and logistics partners; monitor partner performance and drive improvements; conduct cost benchmarking and market analysis; collaborate cross-functionally with Network Operations, Sales, Finance, and Product teams; manage escalations and ensure operational continuity.
