Responsibilities
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing; assist with healthcare appointment tracking; perform household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping; offer companionship and emotional support; communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals; maintain accurate care documentation; comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in caregiving or healthcare; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist with mobility; availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends; current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain prior to employment; successful background check and drug screening.
