Responsibilities
Serve as the main finance business partner for Business Unit management, monitor and control financial performance, analyze profitability and cash flow, participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles, prepare financial reports, perform variance analyses, support decision-making and performance improvement, drive process improvements and automation, collaborate with corporate functions, support the implementation of planning and reporting systems, and deliver management presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field; at least 5 years of experience in business controlling or finance in an international environment, preferably in renewable energy; strong understanding of financial statements; excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills; hands-on and solution-oriented mindset; experience with ERP and BI tools such as Business Central, LucaNet, xP&A, and PowerBI; business fluency in English required; German language skills advantageous.
